I've literally never had this experience in a Westin before. The bathrooms are old and not well maintained, the couches have questionable stains on them and our bedding has weird hard lumps in it. I don't know how they can advertise this hotel as a spa like experience when I can hear the person in the room next to my typing on their computer and smell their dinner wafting through our air vents.
When we returned in the evening, the room was finally cleaned. I was very disappointed, went to reception to complain again and they said they only can service it now, when we got to the room, to change for dinner, because the housekeeping is done at 4. No fresh towels, no bodywash, overfilled garbage, dirty floor in the bathroom, the night table is so dusty, you can write on it. We left to walk around the strip came back the room was a total mess. In the morning I asked reception to look after the room. Well the next day we were not in the room from 5 am till 11 pm. They asked us at the time of check in if we would like the room serviced daily. Huge line up and they only made our room available at 4:40. This was the trip for my husband 50th birthday.
